Today again seemed unreal, from the most scenic bus ride in the morning to the most amazing night of stargazing and everything in between. As we left the ancient city of Cusco and headed to our village, we stopped at an overlook that encompasses hundreds of miles of land;

it was one of the most beautiful views I had ever seen and it is only getting us more excited for Machu Picchu! After arriving at our beautiful home for the next three weeks, we were greeted by the community which featured a ceremony of flower throwing and dancing.

We were all in our element! The community opened their hearts to us, they have gone the extra mile in all realms, from our sleeping arrangements to preparing the delicious food and welcoming us into the community not only as visitors, but as part of the community!

The countless hours of tag and laughter moved every single one of us. This trip has been eye-opening and pure bliss and we all cannot wait for what is in store! Tune in for more!
